Wholesale terms conditions:


Prepaid on all wholesale orders. Opportunities for net 30 after 3 consecutive orders with established credit. (Only applies to US customers)

Shipping & Handling

Shipping within one week with in inventory items. For out-of-stock items, we will contact you to determine if it should be placed on back-order.

You will be notified when a back-ordered item is back in stock.

Domestic Shipping
USPS Priority unless otherwise instructed. Customer pays shipping and handling charges.

International Shipping
Postal Global Priority for smaller orders or UPS international unless otherwise instructed. Customer pays shipping and handling charges. Request invoice for accurate estimate.

Product Exchange

We understand some specific products might work better than others in different markets. That is why, we offer an exchange program to our wholesale customers on brand new products, still with their original tags.

This is how it works:

  1. Wholesale customer must contact us by email to request product  exchange.
  2. Wholesale customer gets approval from us for the exchange.
  3. Wholesale customer pays s&h to send products back to us.
  4. Upon reception of the products and verification of their condition, we will ship the newly exchanged products to your retail location.
  5. We cover the expense of shipping those exchange items back to you. It’s that easy!

Free Samples

We offer FREE samples to our wholesale customers, so you can feel, touch and appreciate our quality products for a fraction of the cost. This offer is valid only to new wholesale customers.

  1. To order Free Samples, wholesale customer must go to our SHOP menu option in the top bar of our website
  2. Then, go to the Free Samples Sub-menu.
  3. Add your desired Free Sample to the Shopping Cart, then, Checkout
  4. There is a limit of 1 Free Sample item per customer per order.
  5.  Wholesale customer pays S&H for Free product.


Wholesale items can be returned in original condition within “10” days to receipt your order for full refund or exchange.  Shipping charges are not refundable unless we made a mistake. In order to receive full credit, returned items must be in good condition; undamaged and free from your store price tag. Please call before returning items.

Important Note
Due to the handcrafted nature of our Wool Animals variations in color, size and slight imperfections are considered part of the item’s character. Each Woolly Amigo comes with an informational tag showing the animal name in English & Spanish.
